How the one-page site goes

You write to us about your business or your broken site. A menu, a price list, a few photos, or the domain and error on your existing site is plenty to start from.
Within 3 days you get the first draft (or written repair steps) as a private link, before you pay anything. Up to three rounds of changes, each back within 2 working days. Nothing goes live until you say it is right.
You approve it and pay USD 150; that is your yes. You change one DNS record at your registrar from our written steps (or apply our written repair steps on your host); we never hold your logins. Within 7 days of your yes it is live on your domain; if it is not, you get the USD 150 back in full.

The terms of the one-page site

USD 150, paid once, when you say yes to the draft. Nothing is owed before that. This USD 150 offer covers a new one-page business site, or repairing or rebuilding a down, hacked, or broken existing business site where you still hold the domain. Live on your own domain within 7 days of your yes, or refunded in full.

If you pay before saying yes to a draft and have not said yes within 30 days of paying, we refund the USD 150 in full without being asked, unless you ask us to keep working.

Hosting is included for the first 12 months after your site goes live. Thirty days before that year ends we write to you: keep it hosted for a yearly fee we name then, which you are free to decline, or take the site's files at no charge.

Your domain is registered in your name and you pay its renewal to the registrar. You point the domain using one DNS change from our written steps (or run the written repair steps with your host); we never ask for or hold your registrar or hosting logins. If we buy a new domain for you, we tell you the price first and you pay that price, nothing added.

The first draft reaches you within 3 days of your first note, free. Before your yes you get up to three rounds of changes, each back within 2 working days.

For the hosted year, small text edits sent by email (hours, phone, prices, a line of words) are included and done within 2 working days. A new page or a redesign is quoted first.

Lost or expired domain recovery, or every old page rebuilt whole?

If your existing business site is down, hacked, or broken (a critical error, database error, lockout, injected code, or ended hosting) and you still hold the domain, you get the USD 150 offer above. This USD 1,500 recovery is for an established local business whose domain expired or was taken over by someone else, or whose many old pages must all be rebuilt whole. For USD 1,500 we rebuild your site's pages from your own material, put it live on a working domain within 14 days, and look after it for a year.

Your domain, case by case

Before you pay anything, we read your domain's public registration record (or, where it is private, your registrar account screen, which you show us) and tell you which case you are in.

Still in your name, or in its grace or redemption window after expiring. It stays in your name, on your own registrar account. Any renewal or restore fee is the registrar's, and you pay it. If someone got into your registrar account, we take you through that registrar's own recovery; the registrar decides. If it is not back by day 14, the site goes live on a new domain as below and moves to yours when it returns.
Registered by someone else. Your site goes live on a new domain in your name; we tell you its price first and you pay the registrar. Going after the old one is your choice and at your cost, and we promise no date for it.

We read it again on the day you say yes, and the case that day is the one we keep.

We build on our own hosting. The old host's files are read only as a record of what your site said; they are never served again, and no code from them is reused.

What USD 1,500 Replaces Replaces a USD 4,000 to USD 10,000 multi-page agency rebuild and domain recovery retainer.

Half when you say yes to our reply, which names your domain's case and every page we rebuild.
You see the site before it goes live. It goes live when you say it is right, and the second half is due then.
Live on a working domain within 14 days of paying the first half, not counting days we wait on you. If it is not, the first half comes back to you without asking.
The 14 days and the refund depend on the new site being live, never on the old domain coming back.
Before we touch your domain, we confirm you own the business and the domain.
Hosting for 12 months after it goes live, with small text edits by email included, and the same choice at the year's end, as for the one-page site.
